15 down and 25 to go. I'm feeling discouraged. I went down to a medium in tops but since my fat goes in front like I'm pregnant I haven't lost a pants size. It's like my hip area is not shrinking. Idk is this normal!?14 -

Aiming for 145 which was my old resting weight from teens till I got obese 8 years ago after falling pregnant with my middle child. 133 would be the ideal I've been there before but it's hard to maintain.
Very proud of myself as I had been losing and regaining the same 7 to 10 pounds for the past 7 years! Taking it very slowly this time.28 -

wow!!!!!! Goals!!!! I’m slightly bigger than your starting weight and am starting to see definition from weight lifting and eating at a calorie deficit!

Thanks! Keep up the good work! Progress is slower when you’ve got a small amount to lose, so it was all about consistency and patience for me.1 -

I’m not at goal yet, but today was a big day - I’m officially no longer obese! SW: 205 CW: 161 GW: 130 (I’m 5’2)
