  • You can totally do it! You just have to WANT it bad enough. And then be willing to bust your butt, stay in MFP and remove things from your diet.   • @motivatedmartha I know right! Everyone wants a tiny waist but unfortunately my grandfather didn’t mean it as a compliment but as a slam. He gave me crap the ENTIRE process. First it was you look great! Then he started crapping on me because he didn’t like how small I was getting.

Also I amped up my green tea intake and started noticing bloat going away, and the pounds started coming off easier. My husband (then boyfriend) was really encouraging too and tossed out all the crap in the house and really supported me.

  • I have lost 95lbs. And the only extra skin issue I have is in my boobs. (TMI sorry!) So if you had/have huge boobs like I did than you may have some loose skin. But it can be fixed with a breast lift, if it doesn’t go away with exercise
