All I know about planet fitness is they are garbage. You won't find the help you're looking for there. There are plenty of online tutorials to help you with weight training, and there is no need to wait until your strong enough to do it. The whole purpose of weight lifting is to build strength. Everyone has to start…

It's impossible for me to give up certain things. I want to stay healthy and fit, but I also want to enjoy life. I cut loose on the weekends so I don't miss out on the things I love (in moderation). Keeping up on my training helps too. I crave more energy efficient foods when I'm training hard. I love me some pizza, but it…

I am new to weight training, so I don't lift too heavy right now, but I do vigorous calisthenics. Do some research and with a little trial and error, you'll find what works…

This helps me not feel fatigued after and gives my body the energy i need to complete my sets. I also recommend an amino acid supplement post work to help with muscle…

I'm not a nutritionist, but I don't think that depriving yourself of certain foods is a good idea. Try eating a more balanced diet rather than cutting foods that are beneficial to weight loss and muscle growth. High protein diets are great, but we need more than just protein to be healthy.

I agree that tracking calories can be a pain at times. For me, calorie counting is more of a guideline for the day not a religious practice. What I find most useful about this app is that it summarizes your macros and nutrients for you. If you want to watch what you eat, this is a great way to start. It's easy to identify…
