  • Day 3 is done. My body is super sore. I do 20 minutes of any type of cardio hardcore and 10 minutes focusing on toning a different part of my body everyday.
  • It's funny how I came across this post just browsing. I started my 30 minutes this morning. I'm determined more than ever now that I see others are doing the same as well.
