I have a similar goal, but I'm trying to turn my workouts up a notch so I can eat along the lines of 1600-1800 kcal :) 1400 kcal is a bit steep for me, portion-wise (working on that too!) My current strategy: slightly larger breakfast (to prevent mid-morning snacking), smaller afternoon snack and no snacking after dinner.…

Sure, 2 lbs is a lot which is why halved it in my post title :) Current recommendations vary from country to country, in Belgium it's stated as 300 grams of vegetables + 2 pieces (125g portions) of fruit a day, adding up to a total of 550 grams of "fruit & veg" combined, a day.
