This was a great read (long, but GREAT)! As I gear up for the new year I've been reading a lot and getting involved in other forums because I want to make sure I'm "doing it right." This made me feel better about having my own approach, and finding what works for ME!

Whoever told you that eating low carb without doing keto is a waste of time is SEVERELY misinformed... I've lost 70 lbs over the last year and a half and have never counted macros or whatever is involved in "keto." I try to stick to less than 30 grams of carbs a day and that has worked for me!!!
