I understand you dont want to bulk up but maybe consider eating at maintance and doing body weight exercises to tone up, this will be your best bet in getting rid of "skinny fat" and looking much leaner without dipping too low in body weight

Also experiencing lack of appetite, forcing calories in dailey as I'm currently bulking. I was on antibiotics last year and I believe that plays a huge roll as I started noticing the effects around that time. Perhaps you're also taking medication/supplements? could be a side effect.
