Gaining strength while cutting
I've hit a plateau on the bench press. For 3-4 weeks now I've been hitting 225 for 3 reps and it's not getting any lighter. Prior to losing 11 pounds I was throwing up 240 for 3 reps fairly clean. I usually bench 225 × 3 for 3 sets Then 205 for 5-6 reps Then 190 for 8-10 reps for 2 sets Then 135 for 15 reps or to failure.…
