Gaining strength while cutting

I've hit a plateau on the bench press.
For 3-4 weeks now I've been hitting 225 for 3 reps and it's not getting any lighter.
Prior to losing 11 pounds I was throwing up 240 for 3 reps fairly clean.

I usually bench 225 × 3 for 3 sets
Then 205 for 5-6 reps
Then 190 for 8-10 reps for 2 sets
Then 135 for 15 reps or to failure.
2 times a week, 3-4 days rest in between.

Am I over training my chest?
Should I just focus on × 3's and x 5's ?
I'm also trying not to lose any muscle and that's why I still train in the higher rep range.

Keep in mind I am cutting so eating more to increase my strength wouldn't be ideal.
Any one got any input?
Thanks in advance.

There's a reason it's a bulk/cut cycle. It's only natural if you're in a cut you'll also lose some muscle. It's like you said your goal is retention but even with that goal there will still be some strength loss.

You just need to decide do you want to lower your body fat and accept some strength loss or do you want to get stronger and eat more (and accept some fat that comes with).
