  • Sliced red apples with cinnamon sprinkled on them...Tasty and lots of fiber, which I struggle to get enough of. Roasted chick peas have lots of flavour (spice to taste) and nutrients. If I'm out of calories to use for the day, cucumber with a lil salt and pepper or veggie and tzakziki dip.
