I eat some mine back because I'm doing this with my husband and he needs more exercise than i do .If I didn't the amount of walking we do now would make me loose weight to fast.

We cook every thing from scratch, I have to stay under 1500mg. Dr. said I could get all I really needed from 2 slices of bread a day. before that I was a real salt hog. But I almost had a heart attact. so now I watch my salt and colesteral. I do have a v-8 once in awhile and it does make my blood pressure go up.

So 5 2' 147 pounds is size 12. Found a nice pair of pants this morning. That makes me down from size 18 to size 12 in 4-5 monthes. Yay.

i have to save up calories the days before speggetti night. but it's my favorite food. I also like chicken breast simmered in sauce over a little brown rice.

I am 5'2. weigh 147. I have a 40 inch waste, and a 45 inch hip. I think I need size 12 pants, But not sure. i'm going to the store tues and plan on trying a few pairs on. When I first started loosing weight I was trying to keep myself in the right size pants, but gave up. the last ones I bought were 16/17. Med sweat pants…

Mine is on the second, and I am going to a buffet. Will try to behave but not promising anything.

I'm 5' 2" and under 1200 I quit loosing. I've started eating back about a hundred of my work out calories. this week I lost 2 1/2 pounds.

we switched from skim to 1% ,there is a difference. I am watching my colesteral, so no full fat milk.

The doctor put me on a low cholesteral diet. 200 mg of colesteral a day limit and 1500 mg of salt or less.

each time I've got stuck I've increased my calories by 100 and my walking by 1/2 mile. So I am walking 2 1/2 miles a day now. Was on one for 3 weeks and finally lost 2 1/2 pounds this week. I don't do other types of exercize so not sure how much to increase them.

I never used to eat breakfast ,but I started daily walks and think it is better if I eat at least 300 calories or so before I leave.

another 8 pounds, takes me to 140. down from 182. after that I'll just have 10 to go.

I guess I'm weird cause I thought having a oreos would be great last night, but found it to be gross . all it did was ruin my evening snack.

I don't know . Last pair of pants I bought were 16/17. But I weigh 151 now. probably 21 pounds less than then. So I'll Have to figure out a new size to get. I know I tryed on the 16/17 and they seem baggie now.

Anything with my normal amount of salt tastes too salty to me now. I've been on the low salt salt diet for 4 monthes now.

I divided my calories into 3 meals and 1 snack and have been eating that way for 4 monthes. Tryed 3 meals and my poor husband just about left , as it affected my mood really bad. I had always had a snack before bed and my system could not go wthout it.

go to the doctor and have your colesteral checked. Men are not that special.

When I was trying to Mine from 275 ,I ate it about 5 days a week and an apple every day, But I also cut my colesteral down to 100 mg or less. and started walking a mile 5 days a week.
