I am only a week in but I am on everyday so far! While I am not fully paleo I do adapt my diet to be close to the original diet. Great resource you may already know about. www.nomnompaleo.com

When I went through 3 doctors telling me all my pain was because I was overweight, turns out there are some medical reasons I am over weight as well as some issues that I have been adding to. Finally found out I had Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and Fibromyalgia but it took me THREE doctors before someone would even run labs.

Every day! I have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and Fibromyalgia, both are painful but also make me extremely tired. I also currently have been dealing with Piriformis sciatica. Everyday I wake up and have to force myself to do something, I am hoping one day it won't be such a struggle. I do what I can everyday and pay…

I don't give myself a cheat day....do I cheat every once in awhile with a meal out? yes of course but not a whole day, that would be a disaster for me. Everyone is different though.

1/2 peach, 2 tbsp chopped macadamia nuts-extremely light drizzle of honey. I have heard it even better warm but I never wait.

This is my first couple of days on MFP, first post! The night before I have been taking 1/2c frozen mixed berries & 1/2c Vanilla Greek yogurt with 2 tbsp hemp granola. It seems to be doing me fine the last 3 days but I am sure I'll need some variety.
