Berries! Blueberries and raspberries are my favorite. As well as chia seeds. If it's too sour, I add a little honey, but I try not to overdo that. Mango and apple slices can be very good, too.

I think I'd like to try. I think I'll be starting tomorrow morning, then. :) I don't really know much about MFP yet, though, so I'm not sure how to add people or anything, haha
