Hey Sandy, It is okay to eat a little bit extra calories on days that you workout but I wouldn't go above 1,400 total calories on those days. Pinterest has some great healthy dinner recipe ideas! I like simple things like chicken with veggies and potatoes (either baked or throw in a crockpot). Also lettuce wraps are great (use ground turkey or lean ground beef)! Spaghetti squash and zucchini noodles are great sides paired with some source of protein as well!

If you would like to weigh yourself to track your progress (which is optional) I recommend no more than once a week. If you have a scale at home make sure you weigh in first thing in the morning right when you wake up before eating anything.
