  • Pinterest has some great healthy dinner recipe ideas! I like simple things like chicken with veggies and potatoes (either baked or throw in a crockpot). Also lettuce wraps are great (use ground turkey or lean ground beef)! Spaghetti squash and zucchini noodles are great sides paired with some source of protein as well!
  • If you would like to weigh yourself to track your progress (which is optional) I recommend no more than once a week. If you have a scale at home make sure you weigh in first thing in the morning right when you wake up before eating anything.
