How's this for not using my head! Went on vacation a couple months ago...hit the gym EVERY DAY while on vaca! Get home....went off eating and work out plan. Stepped on the scale recently and yuck.... Let myself get comfortable and lazy and paying for it in lbs. Oh well...we start again.

I did SL 5x5 for about 6 months last year when starting out. The gains were great but the plateau hit and I had to change it up. I still subscribe to the lower rep/higher weight philosophy and have added some bicep and back work to my workouts. The squats 3x per week were a killer at the beginning but my legs got stronger…

Conquered my first Terrain Race 5K this weekend! My wife and I had a blast doing something that we would have never done before! Together we've lost 90lbs in the last 8 months. If you have the opportunity you have to do a terrain race.....most fun I've had in a long time!

46 here...almost 47...that's hard to say. Been on mfp for about a month now and closely logging my foods and running/walking/moving each day. The biggest thing for me is being accurate in logging. Buy a food scale and weigh everything, then double check the nutrient label until it becomes a habit. I'm down 22lbs since the…
