I am an avid coffee lover too. I drink my first, GUILT FREE cup with cream and sugar, and the rest of my coffee through out the day, I drink black. It took me awhile to get used to the taste, but sometimes I prefer it black:)

I've been really busy at work and home life. But I like this challenge! I'm in :) I wish I had a fit bit. But I do have a lg phone that tracks my phone...I currently have 2375 steps in (not super accurate). But I'd like to challenge myself and double that! I need the motivation though!

I have not focused too much on exercise yet, but more on my eating habits (cutting out sugar and tracking my calories and water intake). I have tried to do small things like take extra trips up the stairs at work and running to the mailbox.... But wish I had time to do more. I don't think I'd ever feel like I'd enjoy it…
