  • I am a little over 2 weeks into Weight Watchers. My insurance pays for the first 3 months and I really enjoy the meetings. I am starting to track on here because I am curious about the calories too. Feel free to add me as a friend, if you are doing the same too!

  • I love my Fitbit. I have had a Fitbit Flex since September 2013. Its considered an older model now but I like that the actual fitbit device and the band are 2 separate items.   • Do you have an activity tracker? I have a fitbit flex and it just makes it so much eaiser. It picks up my steps and add's an additional calories earned. I know they are not perfect but I figure its close enough.
