I have a good diet and consistent training. Took me about 4 or 5 weeks to start seeing physical differences. You notice you can life more and will push yourself more a lot sooner than that. Maybe a suggestion on the cookies... Myprotein have protein cookies if you still have the urg for something sweet. Or jaffa cakes / chocolate rice cakes. So long as you don't exceed your calorie allowance these are good substitutes. Good luck with your journey
