  • That sucks because I walk all day at work and then come home and relax so it expects me to burn a couple hundred more calories at night than I actually will. I wish it wouldn’t make predictions and it would only allow me to eat what I have actually already burned. Oh well. I guess it’s a Fitbit issue not a MFP issue.…
  • Thanks everyone! This makes sense. I am a graduate student and I walk to and from class in the mornings and remain fairly active. Then, I study later in the day so I am more sedentary. I do need to turn off this personalized function! I hate thinking I can eat a little extra and then have it taken away and end up going…
  • I am also having a problem with my actual fitbit (charge) and am being sent a replacement so that might be part of the problem, but it seems to be more of a problem with the communication between fitbit's dashboard and MFP because the information on my fitbit seems correct. I generally sync before I log my calories, but…

She does have a way to take blood pressure at home, so I will try to record it when I visit her and go to a pharmacy periodically to check. I am actually in a healthcare grad school program but we do not have blood pressure cuffs…
  • THIS. I was anemic (iron deficient) and b12 deficient for too long. You absolutely need a b12 supplement in my opinion and you might need an iron supplement if you aren't getting enough iron in your normal diet. Seeing your doctor just to check is a good start.
