  • Yea when I first started lifting weights at the gym a few months ago and I had never really exercised to that extent I was sick and my insides jumped for the first few workouts until by body was no longer in shock !!! Try eating some form of protein right after I ate a few spoons of peanut butter and it seemed to help!
  • Hi!! Just joined today!! Is anyone almost done with the 30DS ?? Would love to hear results !! I am only on my second day! I'm 28 and have three little ones so trying to tone up some mommy blubber!!! I also try to walk/ run 2-4 miles a day to get some extra calories burnt we will see how that goes
