1 gram of protein per 1 pound of body weight. So if you weigh 115 pounds you consume 115 grams of protein. Some people do as little as .8 and as high as 1.5(wouldn't go above that, not needed) 1g per pound is a good number!

5 a day, thats a lot of fiber lol

How is the pb&j? I might go and pick up one to try, never had that flavor!

Fage 0% Greek Yogurt: you might not like the taste on its own but it has 18g protein per 6oz. It's great with some added natural creamy peanut butter for some added fat! And some blueberries with walden farms zero calorie maple syrup! It's soooo good, gotta try it! Feel free to add me as a friend and also on snapchat for…

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and S'mores!! Bought the Mint Chocolate Chunk one haven't tried it yet, hope it's good!!

Pure Protein bars are good too, its also a plus that the Costco by me sells them so you get a good amount for a decent price

I feel like 1200 is sooooo little calories. From my experience I have had days where I would eat 1300 Calories and it was terrible, energy was down and overall just drained from being hungry. But everyones body is different so just experiment with your calories and see what works best for you!

Those calculators are terrible from my experience with them..I had one that said my maintenance was over 2,500 Calories and I am 5"1 106 pounds! Crazy! I eat on average around 1800 calories on training days and around 1500-1600 on non-training days and I am losing around 1 pound a week which is a healthy rate. And of…

Assuming you are at least somewhat active, I would recommend starting off by eating approx 1900-1950 Calories. The macro breakdown: 141g protein/ 70g fat/ 185g carbs. And weigh yourself often, see your progress in 1 week. If you don't see your weight going down reduce your calories slowly by 100. Good luck!

They are a little higher in fat, like 12-13g and lower in carbs mostly around 10g if I can remember correctly. But the peanut butter creme is amazing. All the flavors are really good, can't go wrong in my opinion.
-
Lets face it, anything that has peanut butter in it is amazing!
-
Never really eat jerky that much, never was a big fan. Maybe ill give it another try, gotta find a flavor I like!
-
Lmao I actually just bought the other day both the fit elite bars(both crunchy and the chewy bar) in birthday cake and a combat crunch bar in some peanut butter flavor! Haven't gotten to trying them yet! Glad to hear the birthday cake is good, never tried a protein bar that flavor. Quest bars right now are number 1 for me…

Just ordered some mission 1 bars lol. Can't wait to try them!!

Yeah definitely add more veggies for volume and also zero calorie carbonated drinks like diet coke or sparkling water. They will help curb your appetite. Coffee also serves as an appetizer suppressant. Good Luck!
-
True, a lot of my protein comes from grilled chicken and fage 0% yogurt(18g per 6oz..it's ridiculous lol) I use the protein supps when im craving a dessert type item. Better a protein bar then a slice of chocolate cake lol!

I would recommend Flexible Dieting: IIFYM(If It Fits Your Macros) You can still enjoy foods you love as long as they fit to your macros. I have a post on how to calculate your macros. I have been doing this for a while now and its great. Down 14lbs!! And its very easy to stay on track unlike some diets that basically make…
