Food is not a reward, you are not a dog. Also, if it doesn't taste good, don't finish it. Those starving children in Africa don't want your half eaten bagel. I am an adult who buys the food, if I don't want to clean my plate it's really ok. If I want to eat an entire cake, then eat it. If I choose to then I have to own it.…

If this man is ok with not seeing you for a month, then seeing you again but you think that you can be without him pretty easily for another month to get your diet in order is this really this serious a relationship? You seem to make giving him up quite an easy thing. Is he really this ok with the on again off again thing?…

You also have to take into account how you personally feel. The MFP setting is a great starting point but you still need to have enough energy and be losing in a consistant manner. If you are so hungry you binge then you might need to increase your daily allowance.

Get up and burn some calories. There is nothing wrong with putting on a good song and jumping around. Or you can just forgive yourself, move on and do better tomorrow. It's more of a marathon than a sprint I think.

Look on bodybuilding.com for programs. You should make sure that you are eating properly rather than just calories. You need to have the proper proportion of fats, carbs and proteins for your individual needs. There are many great articles on the web if you search for them. Good luck!

Try your best and string the success' together. Add one good habit today, add one tomorrow to make two, add another the next day to…

Are you a heel striker or a toe runner. The best thing is to go to a running store as previously mentioned. At least the first time to find…

Starting over as well, although I wish I could say it is because of small children and a busy family life. My daughters are adults, my husband is a gem who loves me regardless of size and I have just been lying to myself while being completely miserable with the way my clothes look on me. I started again this morning, back…

Just found this group and although it pains me to think that I am in between 40 and 50, I know that what I have been doing so far has not been working so some accountability is obviously in order. Add me and keep me accountable. I love celebrating victories with people!
