Weight Loss is simple mathematics. As long as you log EVERYTHING you consume then you should in theory be losing the weight. If you're not make sure your activity level is set correctly and that you are remembering to log each item.

This is so true! Good for you! I did the same thing one day I woke up and said I'm done. Ever since over 40 pounds down and I lose weight almost daily. It's probably the most accurate quote for weight losss I've ever seen.
