Just enjoy the day with your family. Eat whatever you want. For things like family outings, going out to eat with friends, and things of that nature. I just enjoy my time and rather not think about calories. Life is about enjoying yourself and in the grand scheme of things 1 day isn't going to ruin anything.

I have the same problem with fruits/vegs. I take machine greens/multivit which are made from whole foods. Has multiple servings of fruits and veg in it mainly take it for a multivitamin but this makes my lack of vegetable/fruit consumption feel better. I also take fiber.

The only case of soy causing estrogen issues was one guy who ate a ridiculous amount of soy products. More than what people in Asian countries consume. Otherwise you are perfectly fine eating soy products.

Might help also might not but you could try a chocolate whey isolate mix it with a little bit of water and freeze it. Wont be a piece of chocolate but it might help with the craving.
