My story is very similar to yours with similar current stats. I think I am getting a grip on routine meals to make grocery shopping easier. Working on self control and making exercise habit.

If you are referring to the calories you burn breastfeeding it is 20kcal per once produced. If you're pumping you can use that to get a general idea of how many calories you are expending and manually put that into your exercise
