Wine is always a solid choice. The wine buzz is a good one too. It's crazy how different alcohol makes you feel differently than another.

I like it. Scale will be misleading of course as I have found I hold more water weight while taking it. It's cool though and cheap as hell so ya might as well. Think u might be there already :smile: But if u want something new. One that I like is ill lay on a bosu ball or whatever it is and have a rope pulley behind my head set to the low position and do a sit up while holding the rope on either side of my head. Ya feel it in your lower abs, or as I like to call it the "pooch"

Have snacks around. Peanuts, almonds, tuna, and other things with long shelf life tht are healthy. Not as long a shelf life as a McDouble wedged between a car seat for 2 years that looks exactly the same as it did when u dropped it there but ya know, something u can always have handy.

I have never dry fried anything. I'm sure I'll get it though, I like to think I'm a pretty solid cook. Worse case, I mess up a batch ha.
