hey all. Just wondering what are some of your favorite "healthier" alcoholic beverage options. Yes I know that alcohol is not healthy by any means, but when u do grab a glass what do you prefer?

MFP should have a section to track body fat as well. I could be "overweight" and still be healthy if my "extra" weight is muscle rather than Fatty McFat.
