Heavy stuff. Yes I know alcohol can do more than just make one fat. My uncle actually had cirrhosis, liver failure and some sort of ulcers I think. He know doesn't drink or smoke. So yes I am aware it can be a gruesome thing. Thanks for sharing your stories tho. Sounds like you've seen some rough stuff

Yeah I mean blacking out from the sauce. Hmmm not going to seek out professional help. I just don't think I want to quit bad enough yet. The only downside to it is the fitness aspect and that I try to beat by doing more in the gym. I like the preloading calories idea tho

Run a calorie deficit daily. Lift heavy 3 days a week with some cardio and do just cardio 3 days a week for like 2 hours on an empty stomach. Eat like 10% or less of carbs a day. That's all I got for ya.

Yup 2months and 1 week later and I plan to be at 7-9%bf and then it's back to gaining muscle.
