Cardio: Jogging 33 min 492 cal, biking 60 min 730 cal Strength: tomorrow will be weights Assessment: logging meals again yay, need to increase strength exercises (I am not overly thrilled with strength exercises give me cardio any day). Feeling positive and getting back on track.
