Not for the first time but very noticeably, now when I do up the seatbelt on an aeroplane, there is extra belt - I really enjoy puuuullllling it through the buckle and admiring its handsome centimetres. Not so long ago it barely did up at all, and cut me in two.

Just bought a coat online with no chance to return ( it's a vintage piece) and it fits the waist but not the bust so I reckon if I lose another 14 lb it will fit...that will do as a goal till new year. Tired of being top- heavy but that's my genes I guess!
