I went to a Specialised (brand) shop which had a sitting bones measuring device. To my surprise I am wide but my sit bones are narrow. I'd like to remove the 4.5 Lockdown kilos! Put on 5.9 all together since March , lost 1.8 so far, then when they are gone I'll set a new goal.

Same here I probably added about ten pounds. Trying to chase them away with brisk walks and logging here and keeping portions under control as before lockdown! But the boredom is hard not to eat through...

After an unwilling start ride 45 mins round the forest and to the next village. Really have some work to get my bike legs back! It’s an effort.

Half hour cycling in pelting rain then 40 minutes woodcarving. More bike tomorrow I hope.

First bike ride of the year and I got caught in a real downpour. Now I'm not a committed pro cyclist so I don't have the right gear for all that. Still, it was kind of fun slicing through puddles and smelling the wet forest. Not sure how much I will clock up in Jan, trying for every day starting today, when I am working…

Same here, all my life weight up and down but since starting mfp I find the fluctuations are more minor. I catch myself gaining and generally correct it better. Still far from goal! I feel your frustration but don’t give up! Your health is worth working for. You can do it!

I make a joke of it. If DH waves cookies at me I close my eyes and say “ nope, my mind is a fortress.” And you know, that does give me a funny feeling of empowerment.

I'm also in, I have to undo some months of hearty stress eating - maybe I can take my stress out on some innocent pumpkins - my goal is to eat to plan and burn 400 a day through cycling or on some cardio gear I have in my shed here.
