I label my meals, "Meal 1", "Meal 2", "Meal 3", "Meal 4", "Meal 5". It doesn't matter what time I'm awake, that's how I log them. You can also try labeling time frames, like "0700", "1000", "1300", "1600", and "1900", if that helps.
