Anything low/no carb. Don't ask for medical advice on a open discussion board.

Ethical is a loaded word. I like loading it with cream cheese and bacon bits.

She married me 36.some years ago. The only "richer" we've had was in the words that day.

One month? I've been at this for 4 years. I got close to my first weight goal, lost focus, gained half the loss, and now am again trying to lose. This game ends when we die.

2,300 years ago Socrates recorded that he was overweight and resolved to dance more. Normal is that in times of abundance, we eat too much. It is our individual obligation to be aware of our own intake and stop when our intake is sufficient for our needs.

Starch is a carb. It is more complex than the simplest carbs in white bread, and takes longer to raise your blood insulin response for an equal-calorie intake. Other than that, some starches, such as rice and pasta, can be cooked then refrigerated for 12 hours to convert their starch content to a form of starch called…

The purpose of exercise is to improve strength and cardiovascular fitness. To provide fuel, nutrients, and macros to do and recover properly from exercise, one must eat. To lose weight, the total number calories in must be less than the total number of calories out. You can do both.

If your activity level is set to "sedentary", your exercise will be added to your calorie budget. If you activity level is set to anything higher, and your exercise is logged by a wearable device, the logged exercise must first equal the delta from sedentary before it begins adding.

If Weinstein hadn't been such a fat slob, there'd have never been a #metoo. Count your calories.

The important point of keto is to keep carbs low and keep carbs nutritious with vitamins and phytonutrients. Also, it is useful to recall that carbohydrates are not essential to life. Protein is essential and fat is essential. There are some biochemical details that I won't go into, but it is enough to point out that eggs,…

The scale does not care what you want. You are the only entity which will. Do you?

Coffee. Heavy cream. Eggs most days with breakfast. Bacon most days with breakfast. Sausage links most days for dinner. Most days those breakfast meals, taken after 2 p.m., include an ounce of frozen chopped greens. Some days, those dinners, include a vegetable and cheese. Most days cheese with snacks. Those are a variety…

foodfastfit.com has some apps you can add on to your browser to help with tracking net carbs and such. I have them and am pleased with the functionality of them.

Part of the story is an industry person saying that in a few years from now your clothing dimensions will be determined by body scanning cameras and apps. They know that they won't be able to use the S M L XL XXL descriptors. They're thinking of using color codes for sizes.

That's the point of this site. We share our experiences and the things we've learned. Just eat what you like. Log what you eat. Just be honest with logging.

Today I stayed in my calorie budget and keto plan. Yesterday was a very SAD day. Today's breakfast was bacon and eggs with kale, chia, nopalina, turmeric, pepper, and yeast. Dinner was a couple of dinner sausages. Snacks were sardines and a small variety of cheeses. I even managed to make it into an 19:5 sort of day.

I don't expect to accurately log this year's U.S. Thanksgiving meal. I did, once, and found that my 'plate' is a reasonable meal.

I just did. She has an account here.

Carbs retain water at the ratio of 3 grams water per 1 gram carb.

Just remember that you need to live as a person who wants to weigh 67 lb less and look fabulous. This is a lifetime change, not a season or a year of super willpower.

The last meal I cooked was a snack of 2 small corn on the cob pieces for my wife. The last meal I cooked for me was black coffee for breakfast. We went to see Ford v Ferrari at noon, so I had peanuts there. She wanted to go out to a Tex-Mex place for dinner, so there's been no cooking by me for me today.

What sort of career prospects do you expect to have upon completion of your grad school? When my daughter, a nurse, was single and working around doctors, she discovered that most of them had married people they met in grad school. Those apps are crap. Ask him out.

How old are you?

It looks like a great idea. The price, compared to other things in the world of fitness equipment, looks reasonable.

In recent weeks, a day of eating to excess is reliably followed by a night of no sleep. That, no sleep, is a far greater thing to fear than a few thousand extra calories. Therefore, I try to stop the excess before it starts.
