You food diary tells you the number of calories to eat as well as the number of each of the 3 macros you should try to get. The default value is 50% carbs, with fat and protein splitting the remainder. Many people choose to adjust their macros to meet a variety of nutrition goals. It is important to remember that you need…

I have several. In general, it needs to be something you'll use. If you are going to spend money on it, make sure you get a lifetime warranty. There is no need to have a piece of machinery to exercise with if you'll just get up and walk around, and do some zero-equipment calisthenics and such.

You haven't mentioned an internist.

At 6 a.m. I had a cup of coffee with 15ml heavy cream. I drank black coffee for the rest of the morning.

Since my wife, 3 daughters, and numerous RL friends are here, sure. What could go wrong?

It is within yourself to choose the nature which you will express. Choose health.

Hi!

Start where you are, just like always.

I add chia seeds to my eggs. I don't notice the chia seeds after that.

3 years, 8 months along, and still not a habit. Well, the eating is still not a habit. 3 years 9 months ago I sure as hell would not have spent 2 hours doing cardio following my postprandial afternoon nap.

I started with a tbsp heavy cream in my coffee, than later logged as breakfast a meal of granola with kefir.

The intelligence, empathy and compassion even, you are requesting will eventually be offered as a premium feature. To now, web sites have been the brute force output of code monkeys and trained hamsters. (Sorry, guys. I'm metaphorizing). In the mid-term future, probably before legitimate life-extension therapies are…

Some days I have a low carb 'keto' style intake. Some days, not. On the keto days it's a lot of eggs, cheese, and sausage, with tiny amounts of leafy greens and mixed vegetables to keep my carbs below 5% of daily intake. On not-keto days my intake is all over the place.

Data would be if you knew your bf% before you gained weight and if you know your bf% now.

You should not workout a muscle group that is still sore from a previous workout. Stressing the muscles damages them. They need to be repaired. You should have been eating plenty of protein and drinking plenty of water in order to repair your muscles. The idea is that you repair your muscles and grow them. Were you…

In Russia, they are called Ketotarianskys. :) In Mexico, Ketotariamigos. In the UK, Ketolimeys, which is bloody confusing. The strangest part is that only one of those was flagged by the spell checker.

I do my exercise at home because I also can't find motivation to keep going to a gym. A side effect of that is that my house is filling up with exercise equipment.

Humans sweat. It's a body temperature regulatory system. Some people complain about it. Some don't. It's the same system, either way, doing what it's supposed to do.

My mortgage payment is lower than most new car payments. I never had student debt and don't have car payments. I get airline miles on a credit card that I use for household spending. I pay that card in full each month. I use the miles to pay for hotels when we go play. I got pushed into early retirement last year. I use my…

230% sounds like the ratio of calories in fat to calories in carbs. It may be just a load of hooey in click-bait.

Since a cheating day, in this context, is a day of eating off the calorie restriction budget, I'll freely admit to having too many of these and most enjoy ending it.

I don't know your agenda or motive for posting this discussion here. However, with all the lawsuits and publicity campaigns against the Sackler family, I'll play along. When my wife was in pain, opioids were prescribed abundantly, used occasionally, and never addictive. She couldn't stand the skin crawling sensation.…

If deodorants caused cancers, we'd have a lot of rumors about pit cancers. We don't. It doesn't.

A grape is a grape of course, but the reason grapes rather than dried grapes are used for wine is the water content of grape is a free resource.

I read on twitter this morning of a woman who claims here mother survived on cornstarch and powdered milk.
