  • The first week I was convinced cardio was the worst one... Until I got to TBC :D
  • I just completed week 4 of alpha. Haven't lost much weight, about 3lbs but it was what I needed to break a plateau. So that's a plus. I've lost a few inches also. I haven't gotten as drastic results as other people, but I lost most of my weight prior to T25 so there isn't much to work with.
  • Just depends, I'll burn only 80 to 90 on ab intervals, 200 on cardio, and around 160 on the other three. I'm an averaged size girl though, so you could be burning more.
  • Today, like most days I got myself to the gym at 10:30am after a long, tiring shift at work and I tricked my mom into walking extra on the track at the gym by randomly losing laps when she would ask which we were on.
