Started KETO again last Saturday and feel great. Last time I lost 12lbs in the first month. Got off track when my husband fell ill. Extremely motivated right now and and 6lbs off this week!!! In full ketosis and loving all my food choices. Making a batch of "cheese bread" this afternoon

Excellent! Thank you everyone for taking the time to explain. I will up my sodium intake. I take magnesium every night before bed in the way of natural calm. It helps with a few different things and I definitely miss it when I don't drink it before bed.

Can you please explain the salt thing. I understand the electrolyte balancing but doesn't salt make you retain water and feel bloated? I can feel the swell in my fingers in no time. What am I doing wrong?

I feel better only after 1 week on low carb and lots of water. Quit drinking too! Sleeping better only after 3 days. Looking forward to seeing what else happens!!
