Hi I'll join I started exercising on 1-11-16. I turned 39 on Jan 28th, 2016. I weighed 304 on 1-11-16 On 2-24-16 I weigh 296 My youngest birthday is 3-24 he will be 15.. So I would like to lose 15 pounds by then Making my goal 281
