@noegrand123 I remember being in the 220’s and was so close with anticipation to Onederland it hurt! You can strive and achieve and never take your eyes of the prize! Feeling better and better health and future is waiting for you on the other side! Just don’t settle for lingering there unless that is where your BMI says…

@nooboots You did the conversion of stones correctly! I first learned of stones when watching You are What You Eat and then Supersize vs. Super Skinny. Keep chipping away at those stones! You will do it! 🔨💪 😊

@showjumper Thank you for asking ☺️ I’m doing great and excited for this weightloss journey as I’m finally at a weight I haven’t seen for almost 7 years. I’m at 183.7 now but still 36.7 pounds to go to goal to lose 100 total. Good luck 🍀 and Godspeed ⛵️ for your goals! 😊

I just noticed this group and found onederland on May 15 after starting in January near 250 and now at 195. I will never ever go above 200 again and will try for losing 100 pounds if my body will stand another 45.

Starting weight on January 1st and I believe it is my all time highest: 247.5. Current weight: 200.5 I wanted to be in Onederland by now and I am so close. 1 pound that seems to be lingering on my scale even though I feel smaller and tighter. Go Keto! Intermittent Fasting helps as well so I need to give credit where credit…

Oh sorry I ran on like that but I wanted a new thread to answer the question posed by tennileb: There are some great videos on YouTube to help understand Exercise and being fat adapted like Thomas Delauer and Low Carb Down Under. Dr. Tim Noakes was actually in the original study of runners carb loading in the 1970’s and…

Hi 👋 I have been trying to do Keto for over a year but realized if I just stay consistent with low carbs that I still will be losing instead of the all-or-nothing approach. I have been on MyFitnessPal for 6 years and have truly only seen results with Keto/low carb eating. I have lost 46 pounds since January and weigh less…

4 lbs to go to get to onederland!!!! I can almost taste it...sweet victory without the sweets!!! I wish I was already there but the mindset of making this work and never gaining above 200 again will stick! I started this journey 6 years ago when I was 198 so I wouldn’t get above 200 and I have only been under my starting…

10 pounds left after losing 38 pounds since first of the year. I promise myself I’m never returning to the 200’s. Want additional 40 pounds to lose to be truly healthy and not be overweight nor obese. Keep persevering 😊 and keep swimming 🐠

How is everyone doing here in this Club 200? Well I assume we are since we are striving for Onederland? Does anyone get as excited as I do when they complete their daily diary on here and it is getting closer to Onederland or says you will be there in 5 weeks?!? So wanting it and then never want to be in Club 200 again for…

Ok, lost 3 lbs in 2.5 weeks so I’m not getting down as fast as I would like but hopefully this next month will be better and faster. In the teens now and I have lost 29lbs total since the beginning of year. Keep the faith and persevere towards healthy weight!

Coming back to report 5 pounds closer! I have to get back to Onederland and then lose another 40 pounds to goal! First goal is to see that scale not have a 2 in front! Hoping others here push though and keep changing up exercises and learn healthier recipes. Timing is important also to avoid plateaus. We can do this! We…

Onederland! Yes! I want to get back there also! I accept this challenge and it is my goal in life as I haven’t been there in years. I can’t believe I have only gained weight for 8 years and haven’t lost until January when I’m trying to do a lifestyle change with Keto and Intermittent fasting. Eating right and exercising…

The debate is only of denying logic. Most everyone knows and I know from personal experience that strokes and heart attacks are sequential in the outcome of being dehydrated and that is what causes the blood clotting. Yes, there are other factors but anyone who has a bloodclot had days without drinking enough water. The…

I'm in! Just tried. I really thought I could do at least 3 minutes as I do planks everyday but never actually timed them. Only a minute! I'm shocked so I will work on this challenge. Thank you for it!
