Didn't get to read through the entire thread but low car is definitely the way to go, so long as you're getting the proper amount of protein. If your low carb diet is tied in with a weight-lifting regime or cardio then it actually isn't too low carb at all! With the amount I exercise I do I'm able to eat 190 grams of carbs…
