  • Hi, Hope it’s ok to join. 07.09.19 - 128 lbs 14.09.19 - 128 lbs 21.09.19 - 28.09.19 - Ultimate goal - 120 lbs At the moment I am struggling to motivate myself to stop snacking but have improved on the amount of exercise. It isn’t resulting in weight loss though. Trying to get back on track with following my macros diet.
