  • I forgot to mention. I use the Fitbit for anything physical and Myfitnesspal for anything consumed (food and liquid) that way they stay in sync. I have found if I try to sync anything physical including other apps to both they get out of sync.
  • I have had my Fitbit charge since late January 2016. Pros: It keeps up with the number of flights of stairs that I climb per day, resting heartrate, hours of sound sleep, and so much more. Plus, the Phone app is where it exceeded expectations. Did I say that it counts your steps? Cons: It is not water proof.
