  • LOL - This is not my podcast :) I have been a personal trainer for years and ran across this podcast last year and it changed the way I approach health and fitness not just with my clients but also myself! I got so much value from this series I wanted to share it in the forums I regularly peruse.
  • I have run up against quite a few brick walls in my journey. I am looking into rebootedbody.com. There's a podcast and a ton of articles about getting past the roadblocks, plus there's a program with private coaching available that sounds pretty cool.
  • I got this book Intuitive Eating that is supposed to help me learn to eat like a human - understanding what my body needs and following instinct. It's just so tough being immersed in a culture of non-food and sugar!!
