Thank you all for the responses!! I’m still so used to the US nutrition labels clearly explaining what the calories are (even if they’re in weird serving sizes) so this’ll take a bit of an adjustment. I’ll just have to triple-check the nutrition facts from here on out, haha. Glad to see I’m not the only one confused by…

That must be the case. I’m going to estimate on the higher side just to be sure, but it’s still strange how they phrased it on the packaging.

I got the food coloring from a friend who was throwing hers out and I don't even have a kitchen, just a hot water kettle and a lot of patience. Plus, a 50 cent box of pasta is far cheaper than veggies + the tools to peel them and properly cook them. Don't make assumptions ✌️

I know how you feel. I lost 70 lbs two years ago, and through careless eating, I gained around 50 of that back. When I stepped on the scale and saw I'd gone from 220 to 260+, I felt horrible and I wanted to just give up. I thought, what's the point? But I know it's worth it to get healthy. Find something to motivate you…

I'm 5'11" and when I lost 70 lbs two years ago, my feet shrunk from an 11-12 to a 10-11. It was enough of a change for me to get rid of my cute size 12 shoes cos they fell off me. However, I gained back around 50 lbs and my feet haven't gone back up in size. I can imagine losing .5 of a shoe size in your case, but it…

I think you should be focusing on building muscle--maybe focus on strength training but have two days of cardio? 128 is a low weight, and while I don't know your height, it's important to remember that the number on the scale isn't always the best judge of how you look. Maybe check out some threads in the gaining muscle…

These were two lunches I prepped. Rainbow noodles! They're just colored with food coloring as I'm a broke college kid trying to make my food more interesting... tasted good tho!

Thanks guys! :)

Rice and frozen veggies. Literally my life living in a college dorm without a kitchen (minifreezer, minifridge and microwave) and as a college kid, I can't afford to spend too much. Even making ramen and adding in veggies isn't too bad... just drink a lot of water after to flush out the sodium :)

When I lost 70 lbs (which I've nearly gained back, but I'm losing them again), I didn't see much change in my thighs. I have big thighs then, I still do now. What I did notice was that they were less flabby and more toned, but their actual size never diminished much. That being said, I toned them up and am able to break a…

I can order the CUTEST stuffed animal once I lose 10 pounds... https://www.amazon.com/San-x-Mamegoma-Smile-Plush-White/dp/B00BWFNK4U/ref=pd_sbs_21_4?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B00BWFNK4U&pd_rd_r=Y2T456B9P2MZ6DFWJWQQ&pd_rd_w=EFnke&pd_rd_wg=g5mcO&psc=1&refRID=Y2T456B9P2MZ6DFWJWQQ

I'd just recommend trying out different low-calorie dinner recipes! You can make some really tasty stuff without tons of calories that the whole family would love. My dad usually hates "low-calorie" meals, so my mom and I would just not tell him that we substituted lean turkey for ground beef, or small things like that. If…

Most every day, in some form. I usually have a protein bar that's chocolatey for a snack somewhere in the day, if I don't feel like allotting calories for a special sweet.

Have you thought about BBQ cauliflower wings? I've heard they're a good alternative to like boneless wings and stuff, might make a good Superbowl snack!

I'm at 260 right now, aiming to get down to 160-170. Anyone feel free to add me! :)

Oh, and here's another that I'd forgotten about! Got this bathing suit at the start of my weight loss (was around 265 here) as motivation and it finally fits well at 210 :)

This is my second MFP (thought I was done losing weight and deleted the other one, haha). I lost 70 lbs from January-May 2015. I'm 5'11", and I know how difficult it is to only see progress from people who have a completely different body type than you! My SW was 275, and right now I'm 205. In the "after" pictures here, I…

I've lost 10 lbs since writing this post, and all that's changed is I stopped working out SO hard and my medication stabilized. I talked with my doctor and she thinks that my body had to get used to the medication in addition to my increased (like... probably too much) exercise program. Things are back to the way they used…

I don't use a food scale because I'm in college and it's impractical, but I measure everything out with measuring cups at home and in the dining hall, just like I did last year when I lost weight. I've been working out since the start of January, when I was losing like 8 pounds--and then once I started Celexa, I stopped…

I monitor literally everything I eat. Like I said, I've done this before and lost 70 pounds. I don't eat back any exercise calories, and eat 1,400-1,500 per day (I'm 5'11"). Everything that I did before to lose weight, a year ago, isn't working. I was losing weight doing this a few weeks prior before going on Celexa, as…

I just dip my lettuce into a bit of ranch. I honestly maybe use half a teaspoon of ranch max.

I lost 70 lbs last spring and I was done really after that. I took a break, and now I'm getting back at it because my goals have changed. It really just came for me the day that I decided I was done. I'd been happy with my body and had switched into maintenance, and just stayed there. It's different for everyone; just…
