  • Do you see a chiropractor? If you don't you might want to start and get your back adjusted. Have you tried Epsom salt baths yet? If you haven't your missing out. If will relax your muscles after a tough workout.

  • Doing anything without weights will not add any size or muscle, it will only tone the body part. If your goal is to get muscular and a lil bigger, do lots of squats, lunges, leg extensions, leg curls, kick backs. But do all those exercises with weights and don't be scared to go heavy.   • Mine just started acting up a lil while ago when I synced my Fitbit and it shows 0 Fitbit activity on my MFP. I've been using it for a lil more than 2 weeks and haven't had any problems till today. So there's obviously something wrong with the linking of the two trackers.
