Try looking on YouTube at weight watchers girl she has lots of low CAL recipes that you can make ahead of time she has a corn cheddar and broccoli soup that's about 100 calories so try some of these and see if they work out for you good luck girl

For me I have a lot of tough wearables and what I do is I prep my food ahead of time and I make enough to get me through a couple of days and I place it in bowls as set it up for each meal so that way I'm always prepared in case I get stuck
