10k steps a day is about 5 miles a day. I really think it depends on your lifestyle. 10k steps a day isn't nearly enough for me, so I have to work out as well. Thank you so much!! I wasn't comfortable in swimsuits this summer so I'm working on my thighs and tummy this winter. I know you can't spot reduce so I've set a goal for 22 lbs but if I stay the same number and just gain muscle I'm happy :smiley:
