I totally agree and am tempted to do the same. I don't know anyone who has gained too much weight by eating fruits and veggies!

Yes, that is exactly what I tend to do. When I lost the 15 pounds, I was going to the gym for 15-20 minutes every day, and sure enough, I missed one day and my routine totally fell apart after that. Thinking about it differently will definitely help me this time, good point! Thanks!

I have been working out late- between 8 and 10:30 pm! I like ending my day by showering off the sweat from the gym and climbing into bed. I am a teacher, so I am not having to wake up super early right now, so it works for me.
