  • I was just going to post on this too! I am in month 5 and the "hot flashes" have been going on for 2 months almost everytime I eat. Plus when I am not eating, I am warm all the time. Anyone have any science to explain this? Is it normal for lchf?
  • I go june 29th for my annual exam. Very nervous about my numbers which were always decent before lchf. I will post after I get the results. My weight is down 25 lbs after 5 months with bout 10 to go.
  • I am trying to eat more veggies for breakfast so I have been stir-frying broccoli and/or cauliflower (or any veggie) with any fat (evoo, butter, coconut oil) and then a touch of guten free soy sauce. U can add meat or not, but I had too much meat and cheese lately. Also, I do peppers and chicken like fajita filling but…
  • I completed 3 days, got back into ketosis and lost 4.3 lbs! I really didn't mind. The recipes r good and now I am back to LCHF. Biggest plus...my eating is healthy again with no constant cravings for sweets.
  • After 1.5 days I am back in light ketosis. Feeling better and appetite better. Going to do tomorrow with eggs and then back to the normal lchf plan. Surprised how quickly I got back in.
  • While u will loose weight due to water, the point of the egg fast is to get into ketosis and back on track. I am out of ketosis thanks to back to back family celebrations.   • I am hitting store today too so starting tomorrow morning (8th). Also I need to prep for work lunch and snacks. If u want to friend request me, I will accept.
  • I would like to loose 22 more lbs. I have been on LCHF since February and it is the only thing ever to give me relief from constant cravings. I could use the fresh motivation and discussion. I am 48 years old, 5' and 162 lbs.
