  • I'm 44 years old. So far I have lost about 15 lbs on this go around. Did great with MFP before but stopped doing it for whatever reason. I've picked it back up about 3 weeks ago now and things are going well. Still have a long ways to go so I thought I would look for somewhere to get that extra motivation.
  • Giving your muscles a break and time to recooperate is a good thing. They will build back up even stronger and you will be ready to go! So don't feel like nothing is getting done. Sounds like you have done a great job so far!!
