Best of luck! I don’t feel that anyone notices when I lose the first 20 lbs. My frame just makes it work. But that also makes it so much easier to get heavy without really noticing! Keep it up!

Oh! I use my blood glucose meter to track symptoms like you are referencing (One Touch Ultra) which go directly to an app on my phone that I can download and/or share with my doctor.
